Friends, for many of us, this feels like an unprecedented time as we seek to stem the tide of COVID-19 in our communities, city, and beyond.
Youth Unlimited is committed to abiding by the directives of our Public Health officials and has outlined clear guidelines for our ministry teams in this time.
Our Priority
Our first desire is to live and model the way of Jesus in this season. With God’s help, we seek to be courageous, wise, kind, and peaceful in our response to this emerging crisis and in all of our relationships.
Our Commitment
We are committed to the vulnerable children, youth, families, and communities we serve and will not abandon them during this time. To that end, we will stay relationally engaged with all of those we serve. We will not be running regular, gathered programs. Instead, we will – with all necessary precautions taken – pursue opportunities to creatively engage in other ways in order to love, care, and support our precious young people, their families, and communities.
Our Partners
To our many partners, please pray with us during this time. May God truly be a refuge and shelter for all of us as we face uncertainty and the potential for illness.
To our financial partners, we know this crisis will have a dramatic effect on many of you in terms of employment and income. Your financial support is as necessary as ever during this crisis as we serve the vulnerable. Our prayers are with you, too, in this time. We want to love and care for you, too, as you struggle with the implications of COVID-19.
We have found this article to be helpful, pointing us to the refuge and hope we have in God in the midst of uncertain times.
