The QYU ONLINE AUCTION runs from Saturday February 19 2022 and ends on Saturday February 26th at 3pm.
You can view all the auction items on our Instagram @quinteyouthunlimited (search #qyuauction) or see the item list below starting Feb 19 at 8am! QYU has received blessing of donations to be able to run an amazing online auction! Please thank our partners who have donated items to make this possible. The Online Auction supports the QYU Student Outreach Ministry which shares the Gospel with youth in our schools and in the community all over the Quinte area! Q&A and DETAILS:
- To place a bid, use Instagram to comment on the item you want to win. To place a bid without Instagram, text or call Ben at (613) 848-1471. Anonymous bids can also be made through direct message.
- There is no age limit to bid on any item. However, all bidders must commit to pay for the item if they win. No bid may be retracted.
- Bids should increase by $1 (unless the item says otherwise). Minimum bid will be listed in the description of each items post. Please Dwight, no increasing by "one penny". LOL
- Tie bids will go to the first to post with the highest bid. Watch the item to see whose bid is first.
- Winners will be informed by direct message within 2 hours after the auction has closed.
- Collecting item(s) you won will happen at the business that donated it. You will be given contact information. Items not picked up by (date) will be forfeit unless buyer notifies QYU or business owner otherwise.
- Payment must be arranged or the item will go to the runner up. Items must be paid in full using payment options listed at www.donate.qyfc.com. Amount to be paid is the winning bid amount. Any amount paid over bid price will be considered a donation.
- Contact information will not be posted or shared except to pick up winning items from the business that donated it.
- QYU does not accept any personal responsibility or liability for the condition or representation of any item sold in this auction. QYU reserves the right to make exceptions for any item or bid and has the final say on all bids and winners.
