You can use the donation form below for donations through Credit Card and Direct Debit, or you can use one of the other options farther down the page.

1. Cheque: Send a cheque payable to "QYFC" to our office at PO Box 233, Belleville, ON K8N 5A2.
2. E-transfer: Donate directly from your bank account. Preferred. Please use this form (1) to get E-transfer instructions (2) to designate your donation (3) for a tax receipt.
