Over the past 7 months, our QYU staff, board and community partners spent time asking and answering important questions about our dreams, teams, ministry, strengths, opportunities, aspirations and what results we want to see. The summary of all our answers is shared below and with this statement:

1. We have a burning passion to reach out with God's love and to share the Gospel truth with boldness

WHAT RESULTS DO WE HOPE TO SEE?
1. Stories from youth, parents and schools about how their lives have been impacted and changed
2. More than stories, but to see the change in youth using gauges of transformation
3. We would like to see a movement of both youth and adults who desire to help
4. That youth will ask and engage more around our primary purpose - living fully in Christ

WHY IS THIS STRATEGIC PLAN IMPORTANT?
This Strategic Planning process creates a collective vision and goals for the QYU (YFC) ministry. This process includes the board, staff and our ministry partners using evaluations and brain storming activities that are both fun and effective to achieve the end result: a guide for all of us accomplish the mission of Youth for Christ: to engage and equip youth to know and follow Jesus.
